1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Card My Dog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Card My Dog provides AI-generated sports trading card images featuring user-uploaded pet photos. The service includes a free watermarked preview and paid high-resolution downloads.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Card My Dog a limited license to process your image solely for card generation. Photos are deleted within 24 hours of processing.

4. AI-Generated Content

You own the rights to your generated trading card images. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Uploading content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Using the service to create offensive or harmful content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI system
  • Reselling generated cards as a competing service

6. Payment & Refunds

The Digital Legend Pack is $29. The Collector's Edition (digital + print) is $54. We offer one free regeneration per card. Refunds are available within 24 hours if the generated card does not reasonably resemble the uploaded photo.

7. Intellectual Property

No real sports team logos, names, or branding are used. All team designs in generated cards are original and fictional. Card My Dog trademarks, logo, and brand elements are owned by Card My Dog.

8. Limitation of Liability

Card My Dog is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific card in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
